Amendment to Notification No. 125/86-Cus. [ Ch. 84] Notification No. 184/89-Cus. Dated 16-6-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 125/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said Notification, for Sl. No. 51 and the entry relating thereto the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) "51. Compact Soya Milk mini plant for production of Soya Milk, fruit juices and soups with a capacity to produce upto and including 1000 litres of product per hour."
