Amendment to Notification No. 489/86-Cus. [Chapter 84] Notification No. 151/89-Cus. Dated 27-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 489/86-Customs, dated the 18th December, 1986, namely : - In the Schedule to the said notification, in the LIST OF MACHINERY, after item No. 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following item No. and entry shall be inserted, namely : - "11. Modern automatic highspeed flat bed looms suitable for jute."
