Amendment to Notification No. 107/89-Cus. - Auxiliary duty Notification No. 125/89-Cus. Dated 17-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-clause (4) of clause 35 of the Finance Bill, 1989 which clause has, by virtue of declaration made in the said Finance Bill under Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1931 (16 of 1931) the force of law, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 107/89-Customs, dated 1st March, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, after Sl. No. 1 and entries relating thereto the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "1A 8 Almond in hard shell.".
