Amendment to Notification No. 132/80-Cus. - [G.E.No. 119] Notification No. 123/89-Cus. Dated 15-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132-Customs, dated, the 2nd July, 1980, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 79 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "80. Bread 81. Tableware made of Melamine 82. Brass casting and C.I. Casting 83. Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe (Spun pipe)."
