Amendments to Notification Nos. 210/82-Cus. and 513/86-Cus - Validity extended Notification No. 122/89-Cus. Dated 14-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table TABLE S. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 210/82-Customs, dated the 10th September, 1982 In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures and words "31st day of March, 1989", the figures and words "30th day of September, 1989" shall be substituted. 2. 513/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986 In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures and words "31st day of March, 1989", the figures and words "30th day of September, 1989" shall be substituted.
