Rescinds Notification Nos. 118/80-Cus., 81/87-Cus. and 188/87-Cus. and 231/87-Cus. relating to electronics industry Notification No. 93/89-Cus. Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, namely:- (1) No. 118/80-Customs, dated the 19th June, 1980. (2) No. 81/87-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987. (3) No. 188/87-Customs, dated the 29th April, 1987. (4) No. 231/87-Customs, dated the 5th June, 1987.
