Amends Notification No. 349/86-Cus. relating to piece parts for computer peripherals Notification No. 88/89-Cus. Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 349/86-Customs, dated the 16th June, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, for the words and figures "20 per cent ad valorem" the words and figures "30 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted.
