Amendments to Notification No. 493/86-Cus. zinc dross Notification No. 35/89-Cus. Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, herby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 493/86-Customs, dated the 22nd December, 1986, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 3, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Residues of zinc (including dross)" shall be substituted.
