Amendment to Notification Nos. 464/86-Cus., 15/88-Cus. and 16/88-Cus. [Chapter 29] Notification No. 13/89-Cus. Dated 24-1-1989 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 464/86-Customs, dated the 18th November, 1986. In the Schedule to the said notification, Sl. No. 17 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 2. 15/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988. In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. Nos. 1 and 2 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 3. 16/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988. In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. No. 12 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
