Amends Notification No. 127/77-Cus. [ Ch. 12] Notification No. 373/87-Cus. Dated 4-12-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing) No. 127-Customs, dated the 1st July, 1977, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "and groundnut seeds", the words "groundnut seeds and palm kernel" shall be substituted.
