Exchange rates Notification No. 365/87-Cus. Dated 30-11-1987 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue No. 329-Cus. [S.O. 865 (E)], dated 28th September, 1987 namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial Nos. 8, 10 and 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 8. French Francs 43.25 10. Italian Lire 9384 11. Japanese Yen 1031 These rates will be effective from 3-12-1987.
