Amends Notification No. 345/86-Cus. - G.E. No. 177 Notification No. 359/87-Cus. Dated 16-11-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 345/86-Customs, dated the 16th June, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (4) against Sl. No. 94, the words "Mica Capacitors or Mica Capacitor Plates", shall be deleted.
