Amends Notification No. 386/86-Cus. - Goods for leather chemicals Notification No. 331/87-Cus. Dated 29-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 386/86-Customs, dated the 29th July, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and the entry shall be substituted, namely :- Sl. No. Chapter or Chapters of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. Description of the goods (1) (2) (3) "4. 29, 38 Dicarboxylic Acid and Mixtures thereof".
