Amends Notification No. 129/76-Cus. Notification No. 324/87-Cus. Dated 24-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking, No. 129/76-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "twenty-five per cent ad valorem" the words, "ten per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted.
