Amends Notification No. 104/72-Cus. Notification No. 307/87-Cus. Dated 12-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by Clauses (b) and (c) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 104-Customs, dated 26th August, 1972 namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification, for Serial No. 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "8 Lalgola Town Riverine routes originating from Lalgola Town to Godagarighat in Bangladesh across the river Padma."
