Amends Notification No. 38/63-Cus. Notification No. 300/87-Cus. Dated 21-8-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 38-Customs, dated the 1st February, 1963, namely :- In the said notification, after Clause 5, the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- "6. All Intelligence Officers of the Central Economic Intelligence Bureau."
