Amends Notification No. 157/76-Cus. Notification No. 295/87-Cus. Dated 13-8-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 157/76-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, after the word "bunker", the words "or retained on board the vessel at the time of its reversion from foreign run to coastal run and consumed during its coastal run" shall be inserted.
