Amends Notification No. 224/85-Cus. Notification No. 290/87-Cus. Dated 10-8-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 224/85-Customs, dated 9th July, 1985, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Serial No. 10 and entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) "10. Eyelets, hooks, rings, magnetic locks/buttons, push clips, metal handle, turn-key button, key chain holder, decorative pieces made of metal, plastics or synthetic stones, fasele, corners, puller, fancy caps, clamps, fond (Bola), decorative revets, handle holders, studs, sockets, prym buttons, hinges, push buttons, buckles, metal frames, tacks and washers."
