Amends Notification No. 122/63-Cus. Notification No. 279/87-Cus. Dated 16-7-1987 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 70 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the goods, namely, liquid helium gas kept in containers, as goods to which the provisions of that section shall apply when they are deposited in a warehouse; and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 122-Customs, dated the 11th May, 1963, namely :- In the said notification, in Item (1), after the words "diesel oil and furnace oil kept in tanks", the words "and liquid helium gas kept in con tainers" shall be inserted.
