Amends Notification No. 209/87-Cus. Notification No. 252/87-Cus. Dated 30-6-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 93 of the Finance Act, 1987 (11 of 1987), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 209/87-Customs dated the 12th May, 1987, namely :- In the Schedule to the said notification Sl. No. 44 and entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
