Amends Notification No. 200/82-Cus. Notification No. 236/87-Cus. Dated 11-6-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 200/82-Customs, dated the 25th August, 1982, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 11 and entries relating thereto and before the Notes, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "12. 6-8 mm laparoscope (double puncture). 13. Dual incision applicator two rings. 14. Troca and Cannula 6-8 mm with valves gas stopcock. 15. Probe 34-37 cm. 16. Scissors 34-37 cm. 17. Suction Cannula 34-37 cm.".
