Coal tar pitch ( Ch. 27] Notification No. 227/87-Cus. Dated, 25-5-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 333/86-Customs, dated the 3rd 3une, 1986, namely :- In the said notification in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 1987", the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 1988", shall be substituted.
