Amendment in the notification number S.O. 1684(E) dated 9th July, 2009 - To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services including Electronic Hardware sector at Saravanampatty Village, Coimbatore North Taluk Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th August, 2009 S.O. 2183(E). - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1684(E) dated 9th July, 2009 for setting up of a sector specific SEZ for information technology/Information technology enabled services including Electronic Hardware at Saravanampatty Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu by M/s Hall Mark Techno Park Private Limited namely :- In the said notification, the name of the developer i.e. Hall Mark Techno Park Private Limited may be replaced as Hall Marc Techno Park Private Limited. In paragraph No. 3, Sl. No. (i) location of the SEZ i.e. Kollupalayam Village, Arasur Panchayat may be read as Saravanampatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk. [F.No.1/135/2008-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt.
