Corrigendum to Notification No. FEMA. 162/2007-RB, dated September 18, 2007 CORRIGENDUM Mumbai, the 28th August 2009 G.S.R. 612(E). - In the Notification No. FEMA.162/2007-RB, dated September 18, 2007 of Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, Central Office published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) Vide No. G.S.R. 91(E), dated February 15, 2008, (i) in the regulation 2A under Amendment of the Regulations, for the word 'Security' wherever appearing the words 'Securities and' shall be substituted; (ii) in paragraph No.1 of Schedule 8 annexed to the Notification, for the word 'Security' the words 'Securities and' shall be substituted.
