Appointment of Land Customs Station Notification No. 17/87-Cus. Dated 20-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 73-Customs, dated the 25th March, 1978, namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification, against Serial No. 21, for the entry in column 3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "Road connecting Tikonia in India and Sati (Kailali) in Nepal; and the road connecting Tikonia in India, and Prithvipur in Nepal".
