Polyester filament yarn above 750 deniers Notification No. 12/87-Cus. Dated 15-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 30/85-Customs, dated the 16th February, 1985, namely :- In the said notification, for the words, letters and figures "heading No. 54.02 or 54.06", the words, letters and figures "heading No. 54.02, 54.04 or 54.06" shall be substituted.
