Imports from Brazil, Turkey, Yugoslavia etc Notification No. 8/87-Cus. Dated 7-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 342-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the said notification, the words "or Spain", wherever they occur, shall be omitted. 2. This notification shall come into force on 6th day of February, 1987.
