Imports against advance licences Notification No. 6/87-Cus. Dated 6-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 117-Customs [No. GSR 318 (E)], dated the 9th June, 1978, namely :- In the First Schedule to the said notification, against Serial Nos. 5 6, in column (2), after the words "Oil seeds", the brackets and words "(Excluding castor seeds)" shall be inserted.
