Superseded vide Notification No. 104/2004- CUSTOMS (N.T.), Dated 08/09/2004 Appointment of Director General (Specific Safeguard) Notification No. 4/2003- Customs (N.T.) 16th January, 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty) Rules, 2002, and in supersession of notifications of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 45/97-Customs(NT), issued vide G.S.R. No. 542(E), dated the 16 th September, 1997 and No. 42/2002-Customs(NT), issued vide G.S.R. No. 464(E) dated 28 th June, 2002, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersessions, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. K.
