Rate of exchange Notification No. 433/86-Cus. Dated 22-9-1986 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 383-Customs [G.S.R. No. 949 (E)], dated the 18th July, 1986 the Central Government hereby determines that, for the purpose of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa, shall be rupees 13.8669.
