Iron or steel Notification No. 246/86-Cus. Dated 15-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :— In the Table to the said notification,— (i) against Sl. No. 7, in column (2), the figures "7213.20", "7215.10", shall be omitted. (ii) after Sl. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) "7A. 7213.20 7214.30 7215.10 Bars and rods of free cutting steel. 70% ad valorem ."
