Goods of Chapter 90 Notification No. 205/86-Cus. Dated 7-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 118-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :— In the said notification, — (a) in the opening paragraph, the words, figures and brackets "and falling within Chapter 90 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975)" shall be omitted ; and for the words "said First Schedule" the words, figures and bracket "First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975)" shall be substituted ; (b) in the Table,— (i) against Sl. No. 1, in the entry in Column (2), the words and figures "falling within Chapter 90" shall be added at the end; (ii) against Sl. No. 2, in the entry in column (2), the words, letters and figures "falling under heading No. 90.17 or 90.31" shall be added at the end; (iii) against Sl. No. 3, in the entry in column (2), the words, letters and figures "falling under heading No. 90.17 or 90.31" shall be added at the end; (iv) against Sl. No. 4, in the entry in column (2), the words, letters and figures, "falling under heading No. 90.18, 90.19 or 90.20" shall be added at the end; (v) against Sl. No. 5, in the entry in column (2), the words and figures "falling within Chapter 90" shall be added at the end.
