Notification under Section 66 of Customs Act Notification No. 147D/86-Cus. Dated 27-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of establishment or development of any domestic industry so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 133/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :— In the said notification, for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :— "(a) for the word and figures "Chapter 73", the words and figures "Chapter 72 or 73" shall be substituted".
