Chemicals and man-made staple fibres Notification No. 126/86-Cus. Dated 27-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in Column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, for the words and figures "under Heading No. 29.01/45", the words and figures "within Chapter 29" shall be substituted. 2. 32-Customs, dated the 7th February, 1986. In the said notification, for the words and figures "Heading No. 56.01/04", the words and figures "Heading No. 55.05" shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
