Chrome ore lumps with Cr2 O3 not exceeding 40% export canalised through MMtc Notification No. 14/1997 Dated 21/08/1997 S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 5 of the Foreign Trade Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (SI. No 22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. 2. The entry at SI. No.4 (v) (a) of, Chapter 16, Part III, Paragraph 16.3- Canalised Items of EXlM Policy 1997-2002 shall be amended to read as under - "4(v) (a) Chrome Ore lumps with Cr2 O3 not exceeding 40 %". 3.
