(NT) dated 30/4/2004 ; ) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies Indore Special Economic Zone at Indore in the State of Madhya Pradesh as a "special economic zone". 2. This notification shall come into force on the 11 th day of May,2004 .
