Amendment in the notification number S.O. 2724(E), dated 29th October, 2009 - To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware, Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana - To Appoint Approval Committee - To notify as deemed to be a Inland Container Depot (ICD) MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th November, 2009 S.O. 2903(E). - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2724(E), dated 29th October, 2009 , notifying an area of, 11.033 hectares at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon, Haryana for setting up of Special Economic Zone for information technology/information technology enabled services sector, developed by M/s.
