Amends notification no. 25/2005 - Chief Commissioners Commissioners' Committees for review cases Notification No. 02/2010 - Central Excise (N.T) New Delhi, the 6th January 2010. G.S.R.10(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 25/2005-Central Excise (N.T) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.305(E) dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table:- (i) against serial number 19, in column (2), for the word "Valsad", the word "Vapi" shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 70, in columns (2) and (3) for the word "Valsad", the word "Vapi" shall be substituted.
