Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005-Development Commissioner - Rescission of Notification S.O. 78(E), dated 13-1-2010 regarding Directors, Software Technology Parks of India Notification No. S.O. 174(E), Dated 22-1-2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 , the Central Government hereby rescinds Notification S.O. 78(E), dated 13th January, 2010 regarding Directors, Software Technology Parks of India.
