Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority [To be published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 13/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 17th February, 2010 . 28 Magha, 1931 Saka. S.O. 413(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi; (iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi; (iv) the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad and (v) the Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Adani Exports, Ahmedabad and others, issued vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/GRU/INQ-06/2006, dated the 11th September, 2009, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
