Constitutes Committees consisting of two Chief Commissioners of Customs - Amends Notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd May, 2005 [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Excise and Customs) Notification No. 28/2010- Customs (N.T.) (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.307(E), dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:- In the said notification , in the Table, against serial number 9, in column (3), the word and letters "Mumbai-IV", shall be omitted.
