Amendments in the various notifications 29th November, 2003 Notification No.106 /2003 - Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. Table Sr. No. Notification number and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 44/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 562 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “ 1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 2. 45/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 563 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 3. 46/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 564 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 4. 47/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 565 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 5. 48/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 566 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 6. 49/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 567 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 7. 50/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 568 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 8. 51/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22 nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 569 (E), dated the 22 nd July, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 9. 60/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 1 st August, 2003 (G.S.R 626 (E), dated the 1 st August, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted. 10. 61/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 1 st August, 2003 (G.S.R 627 (E), dated the 1 st August, 2003) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words “1 st day of December, 2003”, the figures, letters and words “1 st day of January, 2004 ” shall be substituted.
