Amends Notification No. 72/2009-Customs (N.T.), dated the 30th June, 2009 - Appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication) Delhi [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (II)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 41/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 14th May , 2010 . 26 Vaisakha, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number 72/2009-Customs (N.T.), dated the 30th June, 2009 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words and brackets "Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Delhi", the words and brackets, "Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi" shall be substituted.
