New Delhi , dated the 7th July, 2010 . Ashada, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), IGI Airport, New Delhi to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Chennai; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Chennai; (iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), IGI Airport, New Delhi; (iv) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (v) the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla; (vi) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi IV, Faridabad, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. J. Minakshi International, Jaipur and others, issued vide DRI F.No. 23/27/2007-DZU dated the 3rd July, 2008 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B - 4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
