Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority [To be published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 62/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 7th July, 2010 . Ashada, 1932 Saka. S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, the Mall, Amritsar to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of- (i) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs , ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (ii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. T.L. Verma Company (P) Ltd., and others, issued vide F.No. 856(11)LDH/2008/7689-704 dated the 30th March, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
