Customs Notification 38/2004 dated 24.2.2004 amended. 26th February, 2004 Notification No. 39/2004 - Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2002, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, for S. No. 190B, and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) "190B 7203, 7204, 7205, 7206, 7207, 7208, 7209, 7210, 7211, 7212, 7213, 7214, 7215, 7216, 7217 All goods other than seconds and defectives 15% - -".
