Superintendent of Customs (Preventive), Appraiser, Preventive Officer and Examiner Recruitment Rules, 2010 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 30th August, 2010 G.S.R. 710(E)- In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes the following rules to amend Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida -Superintendent of Customs (Preventive), Appraiser, Preventive Officer and Examiner Recruitment Rules, 2003 namely:- (1) These rules may be called the Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida - Superintendent of Customs (Preventive), Appraiser, Preventive Officer and Examiner Recruitment Rules, 2010. (2) They shall comes into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazeete. 2. In the Special Economic Zone, Noida - Superintendent of Customs (Preventive), Appraiser, Preventive Officer and Examiner Recruitment Rules, 2003 in the Schedule,- (i) against serial numbers 2 and 4 relating to the posts of Appraiser and Examiner respectively, in column 12 under the heading Deputation, the words and brackets "(including short-term contract)" shall be omitted, wherever they occur; (ii) against serial number 4 relating to the post of Examiner, in column 12 under the heading Deputation, in item], in sub-item a(i) at the end for the word "and", the word "or" shall be substituted.
