F.no.3 (29)/Fin. (T & E)/2009-10/asf/6.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhivalue Added Tax 9Amendment) Act, 2010 (Delhi Act 12 of 2010).the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints the 1^st day of Feburay.2011, as the date on which said Act shall come into force.
