Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority - 27/2011-Customs (N.T.) - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, dated the 1 st April, 2011 . S.O. 684(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post: Uran, District: Raigarh, Maharashtra, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard, Mumbai; (ii) Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400009; for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Max-Pure Water Systems Pvt. Ltd., 11-12, Krishna Industrial Estate, Kadodara Road, Saroli, Surat and others, issued vide F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-09/2009 dated the 26 th April, 2010, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad, Zonal Unit, Rupen Bungalow, Jain Merchant Society, Near Mahalaxami Cross Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad-380007.
