(N.T.), dated 1-7-1994 as amended by Notification No. 122/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 25-10-2004, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I hereby declare Tehsil Sadar and Sikandarabad failing in the District of Gautam Budh Nagar in the State of Uttar Pradesh to be Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
